Our rates fees are based on basic business necessities to maintain our growing company and are subject to change without notice.
Our rates have been set based on many factors to be fair both to our business, and to our market area who may not be familiar with this fairly new yet fast- growing industry. As with any business, we have business related expenses including advertisement, training, insurance, travel, payroll, taxes, supplies, and others.
Because you have chosen to expose your personal belongings and challenges to us, we take it very seriously. We do not judge and are here to help, not just provide a temporary fix. Each member on our team follows or has individual paid memberships to NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals), through whom we take classes and attend conferences to keep up on the organizing industry and receive on- going education. We take pride in that we continue our education in this wide and comprehensive industry.
Regardless of business expenses, we are providing a service that you will receive many long term benefits from. We will assist you in the physical aspects such as sorting and purging, and coach you through the mental and sometimes emotional decision- making process, helping you analyze and re-think your organizing habits both your home and in your life. All maters are kept completely confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.

Home Office Space
Every seller wants their home to sell fast and bring top dollar. Does that sound good to you? Well, it's not luck that makes this happen. It's careful planning and knowing how to professionally spruce up your home that will help get your house off the market quickly.
We de-personalize, de- clutter, rearrange bedroom closets and storage cabinets, and make minor repairs.
Who hates decorating for the holidays or event? We don't. We love it!!! Whether it's decorating for the holidays, decorating for an event or gift wrapping for a special occasion we can handle this for you.

Looking to relocate, downsize, pack or unpack services?
We plan thoroughly for an expected/ unexpected move, downsizing after a life events or need help packing and unpacking before and/or after a move.
Mr. Organizer's team travels within a 30 mile radius. Areas that are beyond 30 miles will require additional hourly time and will be added to your invoice at the hourly rate. There is a 6 hour minimum requirement per session for anything over 30 miles. We will let you know ahead of time if this applies.
Session Times- Organizing sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday with 3 hour plus sessions.
Day- A day is defined as a 6 hour session. example- 9:00 am – 03:00 pm
After Hours Fees- An after-hours fee of $75 per session will be charged for appointments scheduled after 5:00 pm on week days, and weekends.

Packages must be used within 30 days beginning the day of the first scheduled session. Payment for packages expected at the time of scheduling with credit card by phone, or at the beginning of the first session with cash or check.
